Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

This is Eide Bailly’s third M&A deal since receiving a private equity investment from Reverence Capital Partners, which was announced this past June. In August, Eide Bailly added MUN, a Roseville, CA-based accounting and advisory firm, and last month it added Loveridge Hunt & Co., an accounting and advisory firm based in Bellevue, WA.

The deal expands Eide Bailly’s presence in Texas, where the firm has offices in Abilene and Haskell. Officials say the transaction builds on a longstanding relationship with JTaylor through the Eide Bailly Alliance. The alliance is a member-based association of non-competing accounting firms that have access to resources, experience, and service specialties.

According to Eide Bailly, that relationship has allowed JTaylor to complement its client service with access to Eide Bailly’s resources and specialized services.

“We’re excited to welcome the JTaylor team to Eide Bailly,” Jeremy Hauk, managing partner and CEO of Eide Bailly, said in a statement on Nov. 2. “Our firms have developed a strong relationship over the years, and we share a commitment to providing exceptional service and helping clients address increasingly complex challenges. JTaylor’s deep roots in Fort Worth and strong reputation in the market make this a natural fit as we continue building our presence and capabilities in Texas.”

Founded in 1999, JTaylor provides accounting, assurance, tax, and consulting services to clients across a variety of industries and market segments.

“Our long-standing relationship with Eide Bailly has given us the opportunity to see firsthand the value their people and resources can offer both our clients and our team,” Michael Malloy, managing partner at JTaylor, said in a statement. “Becoming part of Eide Bailly is a natural next step that allows us to build on that relationship. It provides our clients with access to additional specialized expertise while continuing to serve them with the local relationships they know and trust. Just as important, it allows us to increase our investment in the careers of those who have made JTaylor such a great firm.”
