Top 20 accounting firm Eide Bailly is bringing aboard Loveridge Hunt & Co., an accounting and advisory firm based in Bellevue, WA, in a deal that takes effect on Oct. 19.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
This is Eide Bailly’s second M&A deal since receiving a private equity investment from Reverence Capital Partners, which was announced this past June. In August, Eide Bailly added MUN, a Roseville, CA-based accounting and advisory firm.

Officials say the move gives Loveridge Hunt clients access to Eide Bailly’s network of professionals and expanded capabilities across areas including tax, advisory, and technology.
The firm also cited access to broader resources and the opportunity to focus more on clients and less on firm operations as key drivers in its decision to join Eide Bailly.
Loveridge Hunt provides tax, accounting, audit, and consulting services to clients across the country. The firm is particularly well-known for its work in the affordable housing industry, serving developers, builders, syndicators, investors, not-for-profit organizations, and housing authorities.

According to Loveridge Hunt Managing Partner Craig Lisko, culture and relationships were significant factors in the decision to join Eide Bailly.
