Top 20 accounting firm Eide Bailly will join forces with MUN, a Roseville, CA-based accounting and advisory firm, effective Aug. 17.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
As a result of MUN joining Eide Bailly, the firm will add new offices in Roseville; Glendale, CA; Lihue, HI; and Zephyr Cove, NV, while also establishing a second Sacramento-area office.
This is Eide Bailly’s first M&A deal since receiving a private equity investment from Reverence Capital Partners, which was announced this past June. The firm’s last M&A deal was in December 2025 when it added Norfolk, VA-based CPA firm Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer.

For MUN clients, the move provides access to Eide Bailly’s national network of professionals and expanded capabilities across areas including technology consulting, cybersecurity, business advisory, and specialized tax and accounting services, officials say.

Founded in 2003, MUN provides tax, assurance, accounting, and advisory services to more than 2,000 clients across industries, including healthcare, real estate, nonprofits, employee benefit plans, local governments, manufacturing, and hospitality.
