Cloud ERP company Acumatica has acquired Vertrax, a provider of cloud-native software solutions for the fuel and energy distribution industry and a longtime Acumatica partner.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Vertrax will operate as a business unit of Acumatica under the Vertrax brand, according to a July 14 media release.

The acquisition, which was finalized on July 2, brings a team of more than 40 to Acumatica.
Current products, services, customer relationships, pricing, contracts, and ongoing projects will continue without interruption, both companies say.
