Noel Baldwin Earns CFE Credential
Noel Baldwin, CPA, managing partner of Noel Baldwin CPA, recently earned his Certified Fraud Examiner credential from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Baldwin passed the ACFE’s exam and met the necessary character, experience and education requirements. He has experience in knowledge in Fraudulent Financial Transactions, Fraud Prevention and Deterrence, Legal Elements of Fraud and Fraud Investigation.
David L. Brabec CPA Adds Accountant
Amity Dimock recently joined the office of David L. Brabec, CPA as a staff accountant. Dimock has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and experience working as an Intuit tax adviser and office manager. She is also an enrolled agent with the IRS and an accredited business accountant.
B. Johnson & Associates Selects New Partner
Jacen P. Gondringer, CPA, was recently promoted to partner at B. Johnson & Associates. Gondringer received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bemidji State University. He has nine years of experience working with businesses and individual clients.

CliftonLarsonAllen recently announced Roy Hurin, CPA and Keith Weiser, CPA have joined its Brainerd, Minn., office. Hurin will serve as manager in the healthcare practice. He has more than 22 years of public accounting experience with companies in various industries. Wieser joins as a senior in the firm’s tax department. His experience includes conducting audits and tax and audit engagements.

Anglin Reichmann Snellgrove & Armstrong recently announced the addition of Carol E. Smith, CPA, Leah DellaCalce, CPA, MAcc and Michelle Jenkins and the Certified Fraud Examiner certification of Luke C. Kinzer, CPA and Thomas Hallin, CPA. Smith and DellaCalce both join the firm as senior accountants. Jenkins will serve as a staff accountant.
Dovel Technologies Appoints New Corporate Controller
Dovel Technologies recently named Amr Fahmi, CPA as its corporate controller. In this new role, Fahmi will have responsibility for the company’s accounting operations. He graduated from Alexandria University, Egypt with his bachelor’s degree in accounting.
