Firms can assign available team members to certain client engagements, ensuring that each job is properly staffed and performed efficiently and effectively. The solution allows for budgets and schedules to be rolled from the previous year to the next and adjusted accordingly.
Resource Planning integrates into the Advance Practice Management solution to for a seamless workflow. It is designed to help firms gain a better understanding of their staff capacity, making sure that the right people are doing the right jobs at the right time for the right billable rate.
