Ernst & Young LLP Adds Members to its Staff
Ernst & Young recently announced the addition to and promotion of several members of its staff. Todd Carper, Manish Patel and Nicolas Kelpe were promoted to senior managers; Kristina Liphardt and Kush Gupta were promoted to associate directors; Karim Anani, Leslie DeHoff, Brian Gauer, Jim McCaulley, Matthew Dale, Ron Murphy, Kirk Parrish, Mark Jain, Howard Ro and Michael Formolo all made partner; Jason Chao, Alan Castillo and Carin Kaltschmidt were promoted to principals; and Mieke Velghe, Richard Anderson, Amir Golan, Scott Levy and Dave Seo were promoted to executive directors.

Louis T. Roth & Co. Hires New Staff
Louis T. Roth & Co. recently announced the addition of two new staff members. Kevin Graham was hired as a staff accountant and Connie Nipp joined the firm as an administrative assistant.

Baker Tilly Names New Manager at Illinois Office
Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP recently promoted Thomas F. Walker, Jr., CPA, JD to managing partner for its Illinois offices. Walker was recently appointed to Baker Tilly’s Board of Partners and served as firm leader of Private Equity and Transaction Services. He has experience with client transaction negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and credit card asset marketing, origination, issuance and sales.
