Intacct Becomes a Clarizen Master Reseller; New Three-Way Integration Between Best in Class Cloud CRM, Financial and Work Execution Applications.
SAN JOSE, CA and SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - December 06, 2011) - Intacct, a provider of cloud financial management and accounting software, and Clarizen, a leading provider of cloud-based work execution soft ware, today announced an expanded sales, marketing and development agreement. Intacct is now a master reseller of Clarizen -- enabling both Intacct and its channel partners to resell Clarizen worldwide. In addition, Intacct and Clarizen have delivered seamless integration between their cloud-based applications to optimize the service delivery lifecycle for project and service-based businesses. The firms are also working together to align the roadmaps for both companies' respective product lines.
Intacct today announced the introduction of Intacct Services Resource Planning -- a complete, cloud-based ERP system for project and service-based businesses. Leveraging Intacct's expanded partnership Clarizen, Intacct Services Resource Planning is an integrated, best in class combination of Salesforce.com for customer relationship management, Intacct for financial management and project accounting, and Clarizen for project management and planning. Intacct has also delivered new, three-way synchronization between these applications plus extensive workflow and automation for the key tasks that drive productivity for project and service-based organizations.
The combination of Salesforce, Clarizen and Intacct provides complete, end-to-end support for the project sales to delivery to cash lifecycle within Intacct Services Resource Planning. The user-centric, business process-focused integration helps sales, service and finance teams stay connected and coordinated for improved cross-functional visibility and alignment, and better business outcomes.
With the enhanced integration, financial details from services projects, including project-related billable and non-billable time and reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses, are seamlessly synchronized between Intacct, Clarizen and Salesforce for improved invoicing, reporting and financial management. Synchronizing project and financial data also allows for increased process automation. For example, project completion milestones in Clarizen can automatically trigger the creation of customer invoices within Intacct.
