Through the partnership, clients can leverage ADP Workforce Now for payroll, HR, benefits administration, carrier connections, time and labor, talent management, and workforce analytics, and Campfire for core accounting, revenue automation, and close management.

Together, the two companies provide a unified, AI-enabled experience that can help accelerate workflows and unlock financial insights. With payroll, labor cost, and headcount data from ADP connected within Campfire, Campfire’s AI agents can help prepare the payroll accrual, reconcile labor to the books, and explain a headcount-driven variance while the period is still open, with each entry prepared by an agent, approved by a person, with a full audit trail.
Beyond a Payroll Sync
A direct API integration, built on the ADP Marketplace with single sign-on and consent management, connects payroll, labor cost, headcount, and headcount by department data into Campfire continuously, mapped to the chart of accounts finance teams leverage. Campfire’s AI layer reads that data at a level of granularity that can surface PTO patterns, overtime spikes, and organizational change. This visibility allows payroll data to serve as a lens on the business, where headcount by department and cost per team can be seen against the numbers they drive.
