Sage Appoints Gretchen O’Hara to Accelerate Partner Ecosystem Growth and Customer Innovation
Sage, the leader in accounting, financial, HR, and payroll software for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), recently announced the appointment of Gretchen O’Hara as EVP Strategic Partnerships & Business Development.
O’Hara brings more than 25 years of experience in channel sales, business development, and ecosystem transformation. She is recognized globally as a channel leader, a strong advocate for partners, and a long-standing champion for women in technology and sustainability.
In her new role, O’Hara will focus on scaling Sage’s partner ecosystem, accelerating growth through new and existing business models, and unlocking opportunities for partners and customers by harnessing the power of AI and cloud innovation.
O’Hara joins Sage from Splunk, a Cisco company, where she was Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances. As Splunk’s Channel Chief, she led the evolution of the global partner ecosystem and strategy, building alliances with hyperscalers and global systems integrators to support customers in hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Prior to Splunk, she spent 18 years at Microsoft, where she held executive roles in AI, sustainability, and go-to-market strategy, driving partner profitability, transformation, and innovation across the cloud ecosystem. She is consistently recognized as one of CRN’s 50 Most Influential Channel Chiefs.
Vincent Rambaux to Lead French Desk, Enhancing Services for International Clients at Forvis Mazars
Forvis Mazars, LLP, ranked among the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, recently named Vincent Rambaux to lead the firm’s French Desk, enhancing services in the U.S. for clients with business interests in both the U.S. and French markets.
Rambaux, a principal in the firm’s assurance practice based in Chicago, brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. He began his career with the legacy Mazars firm in his native France before moving to the United States in 2021. Fluent in both French and English, Rambaux will act as a single point of contact to help seamlessly address the needs of clients conducting business in both countries. The French Desk leverages the knowledge and skills of a deep bench of professionals from across the firm who have similar experience working in both France and the U.S.
The addition of the French Desk further bolsters U.S. support for international clients within the Forvis Mazars Global Network, which launched in June of last year. The network operates under a single brand worldwide, with just two member firms: Forvis Mazars, LLP in the United States and Forvis Mazars Group SC, an internationally integrated partnership operating in over 100 countries and territories.
Acumatica Appoints Jordan Weitzen Chief Financial Officer
Acumatica, an industry-leading cloud ERP provider, recently announced the appointment of Jordan Weitzen as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Weitzen will oversee Acumatica’s global finance and accounting organization and help drive strategic growth initiatives across Acumatica’s core industries.
Weitzen brings extensive experience leading finance teams and unlocking value through operational transformation and strategic initiatives. Before joining Acumatica, he served as CFO of Pacvue, a global e-commerce software platform, and CFO of FabFitFun, a lifestyle subscription and e-commerce retailer. He also held senior roles in corporate development and strategic finance at NBCUniversal and Hulu.
Weitzen succeeds Wayne Kimber, who is retiring after serving as CFO since 2022. During his tenure, Kimber helped guide Acumatica through a strong period of year-over-year growth across its customer base, partner ecosystem, workforce, and product capabilities.
Weitzen earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is based in San Diego and actively involved with local organizations such as the Legacy Foundation and Pro Kids, which expand opportunities for young people through golf.

Ashfaq Joins CohnReznick as Transaction Services Managing Director

Paskin Rejoins CohnReznick as Partner; Will Focus on M&A Value Creation
Ryan E. Paskin has rejoined CohnReznick as a partner in its Value360 advisory practice. With extensive M&A transaction experience, including seven years of private equity industry experience, Paskin will lead a new Value Creation practice that will help alternative investment firms develop, execute, and accelerate value creation strategies to unlock the full growth potential of their portfolio companies. In doing so, he and his team will leverage proven strategies across commercial, operational, financial, and technology functions, supporting clients throughout a transaction’s life cycle to maximize growth, efficiency, and enterprise value.
Paskin returns to CohnReznick having served as a private equity operating partner for their portfolio companies (corporate carve-outs, buy-and-build, and turnaround/special situations) across multiple industry sectors. Most recently, he developed value creation strategies for portfolio companies in the industrial service and professional service spaces, designing and implementing management operating systems and sales excellence procedures to drive scale and revenue growth. This included integrating more than 20 add-ons through process and technology implementations and driving commercial and financial synergies post-closing.
