Honolulu-based Accuity has expanded its team in Hawaii by acquiring KKDLY, also based in Honolulu and one of the state’s largest accounting and advisory firms, bringing additional expertise and capacity to serve clients statewide.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. As part of the transaction, 38 KKDLY employees will join Accuity, expanding the firm’s professional team to 204 employees. KKDLY will operate under the Accuity brand.
Back in June, Accuity added Carbonaro CPAs & Management Group, an accounting and advisory firm serving clients across Maui and Hawaii Island.
Accuity is a partner firm of Current (formerly Crete Professionals Alliance), a national partnership of accounting and advisory firms.
