Financial management solutions provider Prismatic announced earlier this month its rebrand to Asseta, a name it says reflects the company’s mission to modernize and digitize financial operations, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and long-term wealth preservation and growth for high-net-worth families.
The new brand is the result of extensive research and direct collaboration with clients, which revealed a demand for dedicated solutions in family office management, New York City-based Asseta said in a media release. The company says its family office management platform “replaces fragmented data silos with a purpose-built, unified system, helping family offices eliminate their reliance on spreadsheets and disconnected software. Designed to unify, dimensionalize, and gain control over data, Asseta enables families to efficiently oversee their diverse portfolios.”

“The transition to Asseta represents more than a name change. We are unveiling our new brand to solidify our mission to build the best technology suite for wealth, estate planning, workflow automation, and agentic AI for family offices,” Dean Palmiter, co-founder and CEO, said in a statement. “Most inheritances are squandered within 18 months in the U.S. We are undergoing the largest wealth transfer in history, with an estimated $70 trillion changing hands in the next 10 years. Asseta’s technology digitizes family office operations and strengthens intergenerational wealth transfer for our clients.”
