Marcum Resumes Live, In-Person Day of Service

All Marcum offices will be closed for business on Thanksgiving eve for the annual Marcum Day of Service.

A treasured tradition at Marcum LLP will resume live and in-person this year on November 23.  All Marcum offices will be closed for business on Thanksgiving eve for the annual Marcum Day of Service, when the Firm’s 3500 partners and associates are encouraged to spend the day volunteering with local charities.

The Marcum Day of Service is a paid Philanthropy Day for all staff of Marcum LLP, Marcum Technology, and Marcum Search.

Approximately 85 nonprofit organizations in Marcum regions across the country will welcome volunteers from the Firm. This year’s beneficiary organizations cover a broad spectrum of causes, including hunger, healthcare, housing, environment, poverty, social services, crisis intervention, animal rescue, and more.

Launched in 2015, the Marcum Day of Service gives Marcum associates throughout the U.S. the opportunity to come together in a collaborative activity on a single day to support the communities in which the Firm does business.

“The entire Firm is excited to be back in the community for our Day of Service.  Everyone rallies for this program every year and really looks forward to rolling up our sleeves and working alongside others who are committed to helping those in need at so many levels. It’s a logistical challenge to connect so many people with so many different organizations, many of which were recommended by our associates, but it is completely worth whatever it takes to make it happen. The Marcum Day of Service has truly become a highlight on our calendar, and we are so glad to be back, live and in-person this year,” said Molly Crane, Marcum’s Chief Human Resources Officer.
