Pinion and Anderson ZurMuehlen to Merge Firms

The two companies will expand their footprint under the Pinion name and provide enhanced business advisory and accounting services for clients.

Pinion, formerly KCoe Isom, and Anderson ZurMuehlen, two U.S. accounting and business advisory firms, have announced their intent to combine, effective January 1, 2023. The two companies will expand their footprint under the Pinion name and provide enhanced business advisory and accounting services for clients.

With roots dating back to 1932, Pinion is a Top 70 accounting and consulting firm providing solutions for food and agriculture, biofuels, manufacturing, construction, and banking industries. Pinion advisors partner with clients to overcome their challenges, secure their legacies and seize opportunities that allow their businesses to thrive.

Founded in 1957, Anderson ZurMuehlen (AZ) has become the largest Montana-based CPA and business services firm with a team of 217 personnel in offices across the state. The company has provided tax, audit, accounting, advisory, and technology services in the Northwest for more than half a century, helping clients navigate their changing personal and business circumstances and the dynamics of a global economy for long-term success.
