The accounting firm EisnerAmper has received a 2017 “When Work Works” Award for exemplary workplace practices.
The award is part of the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) national program to help employers become more successful by transforming the way they view and adopt effective and flexible workplaces.
When Work Works recognizes employers of all sizes across the country that are excelling at a variety of employee-focused initiatives such as opportunities for learning, a culture of respect and trust, compensation, job autonomy, advancement opportunities, work-life balance and more.
To become eligible for the “When Work Works” Award, organizations undergo a rigorous survey of real-life employee opinions, together with comparisons to national benchmark information of employer practices from the National Study of Employers and employee experiences from the National Study of the Changing Workforce.
“Being recognized by SHRM is a great honor and an affirmation that the design and effectiveness of our workplace contributes to the success and growth of both our colleagues and the firm,” said EisnerAmper CEO Charly Weinstein.
