Citrin Cooperman Adds New Partner
Citrin Cooperman recently announced that addition of Joseph Lesovitz, CPA, CFA, CFE to its Valuation and Forensic Services practice. Lesovitz has 15 years of forensic and valuation experience dealing with complex commercial litigation cases, and he has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, financial services, technology, manufacturing, real estate, retail, telecommunications and insurance industries. He also serves as an adjunct professor at the Villanova University School of Law where he teaches damages and litigation strategy and introduction to accounting and business valuation. Lesovitz received his MBA in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and his B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.

WNC Names New Senior Vice President of Originations for the Northeast
WNC recently announced that Kelly Henderson, Esq. has rejoined the firm as senior vice president of originations, responsible for the Northeast region. In her new role, Henderson, a licensed attorney, will be responsible for property acquisitions and closings in the Northeast. She has 16 years of affordable housing experience and previously worked at WNC for nine years. Henderson received her juris doctor degree from the New England School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

PEF Services Expands Practice in Midwest
PEF Services LLC recently announced that Thomas P. McNeely, CFA joined the firm as Vice President of Business Development. McNeely has more than 10 years of financial services experience. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Illinois.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch Names New Managers
Bank of America Merrill Lynch recently named named Will Fox as senior vice president and senior relationship manager and Daniel Sabol, CPA as senior vice president and senior relationship manager. In his new role, Fox will serve middle market companies with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, helping them meet their financial goals. Fox currently serves as a board member on the Kansas City Metropolitan Crime Commission, on the Business Council Leadership Advisory Committee of the Kansas City Symphony, and as a Young Leaders Society member at the United Way of Kansas City. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Isenberg School of Management.

In his new role, Sabol will serve middle market companies with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, helping them meet their financial goals. Sabol served as President of the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce Chicago, Midwest Adjustment Trade Center and Slammers Sports Program. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

BPM Announces New Partners
Burr Pilger Mayer, Inc. recently announced the selection of three senior managers and two directors as new partners: Michelle Ausburn, CPA; Mark Leverette, CPA; Yung Ling, CPA; Edward Webb and Dan Winter, CPA. Ausburn is a member of the firm’s Assurance Practice. She specializes in GAAP-compliant financial accounting and reporting for public and private companies in the winery and vineyard, natural and organic food, craft beverage and agriculture industries. Ausburn has 15 years of experience and is a past recipient of the North Bay Business Journal’s “Forty under 40” and “Women in Business” awards.

Leverette, a member of the firm’s Assurance Practice Group, has 13 years of experience. His focus is on the real estate and technology industries, advising entrepreneurial companies, real estate developers, REITs and software retailers on matters related to revenue recognition accounting and accounting on complex equity transactions.

Yung Ling, CPA is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Tax Practice Group with a focus on the technology and life sciences industries. He has over 15 years of experience serving clients on international and corporate tax issues including global tax compliance, complex tax provision calculation and FIN 48 issues. He has also assisted numerous clients with their S-1 filings. His passion for the public accounting profession and his excellence at providing client service in the area of corporate tax services has led to the successful expansion of BPM’s Tax Practice for pre-IPO and public companies, US subsidiaries of foreign public companies and multinational corporations. He is an active member of CalCPA and AICPA.

Edward Webb leads the Firm’s Consulting Practice Group and has over 25 years of consulting experience, including leading teams of turnaround specialists, bankruptcy and reorganization professionals and corporate finance executives. Edward has also managed talent acquisition teams and provided leadership advisory consulting to business owners and directors. He is on the faculty at San Jose State University where he teaches Corporate Finance and Accounting and currently sits on the Board of Directors at the San Jose Sports Hall of Fame.

Dan Winter, CPA is a member of the Firm’s Assurance Practice and Vice Chair of its Technology Industry Group. He has more than 10 years of experience serving a variety of technology clients across sectors including software, internet media and SaaS, telecommunications, intellectual property, semiconductor and life science. Dan has extensive experience with public and private offerings, revenue recognition and SEC reporting and compliance. He is also the Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair of Child Advocates of Silicon Valley.

Macpage LLC Hires New Staff Members
Macpage LLC recently announced the following additions within its firm: Dean Michaud as a manager; Allie Ordway as an audit associate; Mishaela Albright as an audit associate; and Abby Boissonneault as an audit associate.

Salem Advisory Group LLC Announces Promotions
Salem Advisory Group LLC recently announced the promotion of Kevin Colley to president, chief compliance officer and portfolio manager and Jennifer Arps to executive vice president. Colley, previously served as vice president and portfolio manager. Arps has more than 23 years of management experience and 16 years of banking/lending and financial services experience.

Perry, Fitts, Boulette and Fitton CPAs Names New Senior Accountant
Perry, Fitts, Boulette and Fitton CPAs recently promoted Janet Audette to senior accountant. Audette has been with the firm for four years and works with nonprofit organizations, small businesses and individuals.
