BKD, LLP Names New Managing Partner 
BKD, LLP recently announced that Partner Kimberly McKay, CPA was named the new managing partner of the firm’s Houston office. McKay previously served as a partner for the firm’s National Health Care Group in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She sits on the firm’s Health Care Committee and also serves as vice chair of the American Institute of CPAs Health Care Expert Panel. McKay chairs the AICPA Revenue Recognition Task Force and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association Principles & Practices Board.

CohnReznick Advisory Group Selects New Director
CohnReznick recently announced that Gerard (Jerry) Frech, JD has joined the CohnReznick Advisory Group as a Director. Frech has more than 25 years of experience in integrity monitoring, corruption prevention, fraud detection and corporate investigation. He has also led teams of forensic auditors, engineers, investigators, and environmental and safety professionals to assure compliance with legal and contractual obligations, and prevent corruption, fraud, waste, and abuse during projects. Frech, who has been a guest lecturer on integrity monitoring at Columbia University, received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Psychology from Boston College and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School.

Sensiba San Filippo LLP Volunteers for a Day
Sensiba San Filippo LLP held their ninth annual All Hands Day last Friday. More than 100 employees volunteered to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of San Mateo County sort and process community donations. Sensiba San Filippo employees helped SVdP sort, prepare and package donations of clothing, household goods, electronics and holiday goods for neighbors in need. In the past, the firm has volunteered with the Oakland Zoo, ValleyCare Health Systems, YMCA Silicon Valley, YMCA Camp Campbell, the Tech Museum, the Boy Scouts of America, George Mark Children's House and YWCA Silicon Valley.

Bill.com Expands Leadership Team
Bill.com recently added two key new members to its leadership team: John Rettig as Chief Financial Officer and Tanya Roberts as Vice President of Corporate Marketing. Rettig brings over 20 years of strategic finance and operational leadership experience in both private and public companies to Bill.com. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Mary's College.  

Roberts previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for GreenRoad, a green transportation technology company, as well as acting Vice President of Marketing for Drivewyze, a leading technology provider for commercial vehicle operators. Roberts also held leadership roles at Intuit, SugarSync and PayCycle, Bill.com CEO and founder René Lacerte's first start-up. She graduated from University of Denver with her Bachelor of Science degree.
