Paycom, a payroll, human resources and time management technology company, has expanded its U.S. presense with the opening of its newest office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Oklahoma City-based company says that it has experienced strong growth despite the current economic environment.

Vince Capuana has been selected to lead the Minneapolis office, located at 8500 Normandale Lake Blvd, Suite 710, Bloomington, Minn. Capuana has over 11 years of industry experience and was chosen based on his leadership skills and vast comprehension of payroll, HR and business process management technology.

“We are excited to be entering the Twin Cities,” Capuana said. “As one of only a handful of full solution-set providers capable of serving mid-sized businesses, Paycom’s workforce management solutions represent a truly compelling alternative to the traditionally recognized providers in this market.”

The Minneapolis site becomes Paycom’s twenty-first sales office added to Paycom’s national landscape. In 2012, Paycom added sales offices across the northeast that included locations in New York and Boston.

In addition to teaching businesses about Paycom’s intuitive HR and payroll technology, Capuana is also in pursuit of adding qualified, highly-motivated and client-focused individuals to his team.

With his experience, Capuana is hiring a sales staff in the Minneapolis office to add to Paycom’s award-winning sales team, which was honored with a Stevie® Award for Sales Department of the Year – Financial Services category – in 2010 and in 2011, Paycom’s Stacey Pezold was presented with a Stevie® Award for Best Sales Training Manager of the Year.

“For those looking for a career with endless opportunities and unlimited earning potential Paycom is the place to be,” Paycom’s Director of Recruiting Tiffany McGowen said. “Paycom offers the highest earning potential in the industry, starting with a $50,000 base salary, plus commission and benefits.”

Paycom provides payroll and human capital management technology to customers in all 50 states; employs 500-plus employees and continues to double revenue growth every other year. Paycom CEO Chad Richison attributes much of the company’s success to a combination of a superior product, well trained sales team and the company’s prevailing focus on customer service.

“All of this success originates from the initial contact from a member of our award-winning sales team,” Richison said. “From there, our clients are given one-on-one support from our exceptional customer service team, which sets us apart from others in this industry.”

Capuana concluded with a short message to Twin City businesses, “Minnesota employers who choose to outsource with Paycom will streamline their operations by leveraging a truly web-based single application, single database solution. They will become more efficient, cut costs, increase profitability and enhance employee satisfaction. They will achieve this while experiencing customer support that is second to none.”
