Open Systems Announces Fully-Integrated Credit Card Processing

Business accounting technology provider Open Systems, Inc. has added fully-integrated credit card processing to its flagship TRAVERSE accounting and business software suite.

Business accounting technology provider Open Systems, Inc. has added fully-integrated credit card processing to its flagship TRAVERSE accounting and business software suite.

“This turnkey solution provides simple, built-in access to credit card processing, right from the software screen,” said Paul Lundquist, Open Systems Vice President of Sales. “Our customers have been requesting this functionality, and we’re pleased to provide it.”

“This credit card processing system is a free add-on for TRAVERSE version 11 users, and is incredibly easy to install,” said George Davis, Sales Consultant and Credit Card Specialist for Open Systems. “The credit card processing itself is provided by XCharge® payment processing software from Accelerated Payment Technologies, a worldwide leader in secure, integrated payment systems.”

“In addition, we will perform a free rate review for users on their current processing, explain the value of integrated processing within TRAVERSE to simplify their businesses even further, and provide free breach insurance up to $100,000,” said Davis. “This insurance can cover the cost of investigative fees in the event or appearance of a breach. The cost of such a breach for small and medium size businesses is often incredibly high, which alone justifies a side-by-side free rate review.”

“There are also a variety of advantages for those considering solution integration versus the current traditional terminal base processing,” said Lundquist. “The costs are often lower, and with the free review to discover the difference, it makes a lot of sense for business owners to check it out.”
