Many of the nation’s most respected and influential leaders in or serving the accounting profession will meet in Dallas, Texas, at the 2013 CPA Practice Advisor’s Annual Thought Leader Symposium, to be held Feb. 18-20.

The invitation-only event provides an opportunity for these professionals to get together and meet with senior management from several technology companies serving the profession. In a round-table setting, the thought leaders and vendors are able to discuss emerging and long-term trends affecting the profession and clients, as well as the needs of professionals, upcoming technology developments by vendors and long-range strategies.

The Tax & Accounting Hall of Fame dinner is held on the first evening of the three day symposium, with recognition given to one or more professionals who have made significant contributions over the course of their careers that have benefitted the professional as a whole. Prior inductees into the Accounting Hall of Fame include Gregory L. LaFollette, CPA.CITP, Randy Johnston and Rick Richardson, CPA.CITP.

The symposium is hosted by CPA Practice Advisor, the leading publication and digital information resource for small and mid-sized tax and accounting firms.
