Infinite Ties, a practitioner-built online community and training platform for client advisory services, has introduced new training, implementation resources, and tools designed to help accounting firms turn CAS strategy into day-to-day practice.

Specifically, Infinite Ties unveiled three new distinct CAS development tracks, new pathways tailored to different stages of the CAS journey, and a $49 individual membership option.

The organization says the information is designed to help accounting professionals build stronger CAS practices and develop the people delivering them. Together, the new resources make it easier for firms and practitioners to identify what they need based on where they are today.

Infinite Ties co-founders Christine Triantos, Michelle Welch, and Deneen Dias started the platform with the belief that CAS development isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Deneen Dias

“Infinite Ties was created around Christine Triantos and Michelle Welch’s real-world experience as early CAS practitioners who had to navigate the journey without a map,” Dias said in a statement on Sept. 16.

“Unlike tax or audit, there wasn’t an established playbook. We took those hard-earned lessons and built the practical training, frameworks, and tools that give firms a much clearer, faster path forward,” she added.

Infinite Ties’ expanded curriculum features the following three training tracks:

  • Advisory-Ready Financials (Build the Technical Foundation): Accounting fundamentals taught through a CAS lens. Participants learn not only how the accounting works, but why it matters, how it affects business decisions, and what to recognize in order to deliver greater client value.
  • CAS Engagement Leadership (Lead the Team and the Book of Engagements): Designed for managers and emerging leaders responsible for people, clients, and portfolio performance. This track addresses delegation, capacity, scope, profitability, client leadership, and the business decisions required to manage a successful book of CAS engagements.
  • The Advisory Mindset (Develop the Human Side of Advisory): A power-skills experience focused on communication, trust, influence, conflict, strategic questioning, and the relational skills that help technical professionals become trusted advisors.

Infinite Ties says the expanded online experience organizes resources around four primary user journeys, helping practitioners quickly locate the exact support they need:

  • Established Practices Seeking Scale: Guidance and diagnostic tools to fix bottlenecks in profitability, capacity, and consistency.
  • Tax Firms and Sole Practitioners Transitioning to CAS: Step-by-step support to build a recurring advisory line from the ground up.
  • Bookkeepers Adding Advisory Services: Frameworks to expand transactional services into strategic advisory engagements.
  • CAS Team Members and Emerging Leaders: Hands-on training to increase client and firm impact.

“We want someone to come to Infinite Ties and immediately see themselves,” Triantos said in a statement. “You shouldn’t have to understand every CAS framework or already know what you need. Tell us where you are in your CAS journey, and we’ll help you determine what comes next.”

The online expansion also provides greater visibility to the FanCAS-Kit, Infinite Ties’ six-phase implementation framework created from decades of real-world CAS experience. The FanCAS-Kit provides practical resources for firms looking to build, standardize, or strengthen areas including service offerings, pricing, staffing, technology, process, and practice growth.

In addition, individual professionals can now join Infinite Ties for $49 per month, providing a new entry point for bookkeepers, sole practitioners, and CAS professionals investing in their own development. Infinite Ties will continue to offer its $99 monthly team membership for up to five users, allowing firms to bring CAS education and resources to multiple team members under one membership.

Infinite Ties is expected to launch its Growth and Profitability Engine on Oct. 1. It diagnoses the client, defines the work, calculates pricing based on the firm’s own costs and expected effort, and creates the documents needed to support the engagement. The tool turns client and prospect data into ready-to-use documents.
