Long Beach, CA-based CPA firm Windes, an INSIDE Public Accounting top 200 firm, has expanded in Southern California by joining forces with Irvine-based accounting firm Harris, Greene LLP, effective July 1.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Gary Greene and his team of 10 professionals will join Windes.
Windes said Tuesday the addition of Greene’s practice expands its presence in Orange County, strengthens its tax platform, and increases its capacity to serve a broader range of clients across Southern California.

Greene has represented multi-generational family office clients for more than 40 years, focused exclusively on providing tax services, including strategic planning and consultation, estate and gift tax planning, and compliance. He has developed a tax practice with extensive experience in the real estate, hospitality, venture and growth equity, and life sciences sectors.
