Agentic customer platform HubSpot has launched Revenue Hub, a unified command center for quotes, billing, and payments that embeds revenue context directly into HubSpot customer records.
This shared data foundation allows Breeze Assistant, HubSpot’s conversational AI interface, to automate the lifecycle from first prompt to final payment, giving reps and AI agents the context needed to accelerate deals, protect renewals, and drive expansion, the company says.
“With Breeze Assistant, reps can build quotes with simple chat prompts directly from a deal record. No tool-switching, no waiting on another team. Buyers receive an interactive quote they can review, sign, and pay from one place, and can ask the Closing Agent questions 24/7 without a rep getting involved,” HubSpot said in a June 16 media release.
Revenue Hub allows teams to:
- Generate quotes instantly: Reps can build quotes directly from deal records using simple prompts.
- Automate billing: Contracts, upgrades, renewals, and amendments sync automatically from what was sold.
- Collect friction-free payments: Secure revenue automatically via HubSpot Payments or Stripe.
- Delegate collections: Breeze prioritizes and follows up with overdue invoices using customer context like account risk and value, leaving your team to handle only the exceptions.
Revenue Hub is built to extend. APIs, MCP support, and custom coded modules mean teams can build on top of Revenue Hub however their business requires, not just what a UI allows, HubSpot says.

Because revenue context now lives in HubSpot, all agents can work across the full customer picture. Customer Agent can answer billing questions without a rep getting involved. Revenue Agent, available now in private beta and coming soon to public beta, will follow up on overdue invoices automatically. That means teams can focus on the revenue moments that actually need a human touch: complex deals, at-risk renewals, and expansion conversations, the company says.
“Both AI and people need the same complete picture of every customer. Right now, most don’t. What customers are paying, what they’ve bought, what’s coming up for renewal, all of that context lives somewhere else. Revenue Hub brings it together, so every agent and every rep can finally work from the same foundation,” Duncan Lennox, chief product and technology officer at HubSpot, said in a statement.
