Plano, TX-based tax services and software firm Ryan has expanded its presence in Europe by acquiring Svalner Atlas Advisors, an independent tax and transaction advisory firm headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. The transaction is expected to be completed during the third quarter of this year. Svalner Atlas Advisors’ leadership team, partners, and professionals will join Ryan, according to a June 1 media release.
This is Ryan’s third M&A deal of 2026. The firm acquired Meritax Advisors, a commercial property tax consulting firm with offices in Frisco and Austin, TX, in February and Hucke and Associates, a property tax consulting firm based in New York City, in March.
Ryan also announced in January that it received a minority private equity investment from a group led by Neuberger Berman Capital Solutions.
