Top 100 accounting firm Brady Martz is expanding its financial institutions services by joining forces with Central City, NE-based Banker’s Compliance Consulting in a deal expected to become official on March 1.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Founded in 1993, Banker’s Compliance Consulting is known for taking complicated regulations and turning them into plain English. The firm’s team provides comprehensive on- and off-site compliance reviews, consultation, and a vast library of resources.
Brady Martz officials say Banker’s Compliance Consulting’s long-standing commitment to education—demonstrated through hundreds of webinars and training sessions—aligns perfectly with the accounting firm’s mission to build expertise that benefits clients directly.

The team at Banker’s Compliance Consulting, spanning Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, will integrate with Brady Martz to offer seamless, specialized support, officials say. The combined resources will provide clients with faster answers to difficult regulatory questions and proactive strategies to handle compliance challenges before they become issues.

This is Brady Martz’s first M&A deal since January 2025 when it added Corinth, TX-based full-service accounting firm Green & Miller PC.
