Top 50 CPA firm The Bonadio Group, has signed a lease for a new Rochester office located at 600 Willowbrook Office Park in Perinton, NY, with a projected move date of November 1, 2027. The firm’s 400+ Rochester-based employees will be brought together in one centralized space, relocating from Sully’s Trail in Pittsford, NY, where its footprint currently spans three buildings.
Founded in Rochester in 1978, The Bonadio Group has grown into the largest independent accounting and advisory firm in Upstate New York, with offices across the state, in Texas, and in the Mid-Atlantic region. While the firm has expanded its national footprint, Rochester remains a top priority. The firm was recently named one of the Top 100 fastest-growing companies by the Greater Rochester Chamber, underscoring its continued momentum and longstanding investment in the community.

The Bonadio Group’s development partner, Uniland Development Company, plans to leverage tax incentives through the County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency to renovate the approximately 100,000-square-foot building. Designed with employees and clients in mind, the modernized space will enhance collaboration, elevate the workplace experience, and provide flexibility to accommodate the firm’s evolving needs.
