Top 20 accounting firm Withum has added Farber Hass Hurley (FFH CPAs), a public accounting and tax firm headquartered in Chatsworth, CA, effective today.

Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. FHH CPAs’ three partners and approximately 30 team members will join Withum’s Los Angeles office.

This is Princeton, NJ-based Withum’s first M&A deal in 2026. It’s last one was a big one, joining forces with then-top 100 accounting firm Freed Maxick in August 2025.

Withum also struck deals with PKF Texas and CTM CPAs & Business Advisors last year.
