AuditFile, Inc., a cloud-based audit automation platform for CPAs and internal audit teams, has launched the AuditFile Agentic AI Orchestrator Suite.
The Orchestrator Suite builds on AuditFile’s AI Audit Agents, a winner of the 2025 CPA Practice Advisor Technology Innovation Award, by coordinating teams of specialized, long-running autonomous agents across an engagement. The agents handle tasks such as generating and reviewing PBC request lists, preparing risk assessments, classifying trial balances, generating financial statements, and completing disclosure checklists. The agents work continuously.
With the AuditFile Agentic AI Orchestrator Suite, AI agents and human staff are treated interchangeably within an engagement: both are assigned, tracked, and reviewed the same way. Partners and managers approve, reject, or redirect work through a sign-off queue, and every action, whether taken by an agent or a person, is captured in an immutable, evidence-linked audit trail. Agent work product is grounded in the trusted Advantage Audit AI methodology.
The suite is also the first audit platform professionals can command from smartphones and smartwatches. A partner can launch substantive procedures from the office, receive an Apple Watch notification when agents finish in the evening, and approve the work from an iPhone. Developers can drive engagements from a command-line interface or the API, and through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), a firm’s other approved AI tools can securely task and query AuditFile.
The platform additionally supports Bring Your Own Token (BYOT), which allows firms to run agents on their own AI model subscriptions and provider agreements, keeping model choice, cost, and data terms under firm control.
