Springline, which officially launched in January 2024 with backing from Dallas private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners, said Monday the partnership with Vesta advances its long-term vision of building a differentiated advisory platform through collaborations with culturally aligned, high-performing firms.

“Vesta was built around a simple idea: that a firm can be invested in its clients and disciplined with its data at the same time,” Springline Advisory CEO Tim Brackney said in a statement on Aug. 31. “That’s a harder balance to strike than it sounds, and Vesta has struck it for decades. Every market we enter has to start with the right firm, not just the map. In Wisconsin, that firm is Vesta.”

Founded in 1981, Vesta is headquartered in Fond du Lac, WI, with additional offices in Madison, Sheboygan and Mequon. The firm is a member of the CPAmerica alliance network.

While rooted in accounting, Vesta has evolved beyond traditional accounting to combine core capabilities with strategic financial and consulting services.

“We would never be satisfied with building a firm that is just ‘good enough.’ We are always striving for more,” Nathan Volkomener, managing partner at Vesta, said in a statement. “Springline gives us the platform to keep growing into something bigger, with the people our clients already trust leading the way.”
