Global financial technology company Intuit on Wednesday rolled out Intuit Business Credit Card, which syncs natively to QuickBooks and gives small businesses visibility into spending and cash flow.
The World Elite Business Mastercard is designed to help businesses manage spending, access credit, and understand their financial health in one place, Intuit says in a media release.
The company touts unlimited 2% cash back on everyday purchases and 5% cash back on Intuit products and services (doesn’t include transactional fees; example: merchant services). All cash back for bonuses and rewards will be applied in the form of a statement credit to the user’s Intuit Business Credit Card account. The card can’t be used to pay other debts, such as a loan or credit card balance, according to Intuit.
Unlike solutions built primarily around expense tracking, Intuit says its business credit card “adds the benefit of repayment flexibility with a customized credit limit, and native synchronization with QuickBooks, in addition to robust expense controls and rewards.”

“The Intuit Business Credit Card gives businesses something they have never had before: a single, connected solution for spending, cash flow, and credit that is built around how their business actually performs,” David Hahn, executive vice president and general manager of the Services Group at Intuit, said in a statement. “We know businesses don’t have a one-size-fits-all need for capital, which is why we’re building a range of capital solutions on the Intuit platform. The Intuit Business Credit Card introduces a smarter way to power business growth with critical controls and value on every dollar spent. This is an important part of Intuit’s broader commitment to building the capital solutions small businesses need to grow with confidence.”
Key features and benefits of the Intuit Business Credit Card include:
- Seamless QuickBooks integration: For most businesses, month-end means hours of manual reconciliation, tracking transactions, and correcting categorization errors. The Intuit Business Credit Card removes that friction by automatically creating a dedicated account and connecting it directly to the QuickBooks bank feed when the card is opened. From there, transactions, receipts, and statements automatically sync into QuickBooks, keeping spending data current and giving business owners a timely, 360-degree view of cash flow from one place.
- Automated receipt management: Businesses often lose hours each month to manual receipt workflows, from employee reminders to finance-team review and reconciliation. The Intuit Business Credit Card eliminates that work by automatically matching receipt photos to the corresponding transaction in QuickBooks, ensuring accurate record-keeping, cleaner books, and a faster path to tax readiness.
- Approved to spending in minutes: Waiting days or weeks for a credit decision and a card in the mail is time small businesses can’t afford to lose. Approved businesses can go from application to spending in as little as three minutes, with immediate access to a virtual card that can be used online or added to a digital wallet for in-store purchases. This credit line gives businesses greater control over cash flow from day one, providing the speed and flexibility needed to address expenses as they arise.
- Built-in financial value, partner perks, and rewards: Businesses earn unlimited 2% cash back on everyday purchases and 5% on Intuit products and services, including QuickBooks and Mailchimp, with no annual fee. With global acceptance on the Mastercard network, businesses can earn rewards wherever they spend while accessing exclusive partner discounts.
- Integrated spend management for growing teams: When a business starts adding employees, spending quickly becomes hard to track. Without real-time visibility into employee purchases, costs can accumulate undetected, and budgets can slip before there is any chance to course correct. The Intuit Business Credit Card addresses this by allowing businesses to issue physical and virtual cards to an unlimited number of authorized users immediately upon approval with individualized controls, spending limits, and real-time notifications, so teams can operate efficiently without losing financial oversight.
- Separates business and personal financial profiles: Mixing business and personal expenses can create confusion at tax time and make it harder to get a clear picture of business finances. The Intuit Business Credit Card helps maintain a clear boundary between personal and business finances, without impacting personal credit scores when applying. Keeping business and personal expenses separate is also a smart tax move as businesses may be able to deduct the interest they pay on business credit cards, a benefit that is easy to miss when expenses are commingled. By automatically categorizing transactions through QuickBooks, the card makes it simple to identify deductible business interest and stay organized for tax season.
- Intelligent cash flow insights: Most businesses know what they spent last month but have little visibility into what their spending means for next month. Integrated with Intuit’s AI-driven platform, the card fuels forward-looking insights that help businesses understand how today’s spending impacts tomorrow’s cash flow. By connecting credit data with QuickBooks, business owners receive a more comprehensive view of their finances, allowing them to move from reactive tracking to proactive, data-driven decisions.
Leveraging Mastercard’s global payments network, each purchase is protected by advanced, AI-driven fraud detection and zero liability coverage, Intuit says. Cardholders will also have access to World Elite Business Mastercard benefits, offering premium features tailored to support business needs.
“Businesses today are digital-first and because of that workflow they are constantly seeking ways to integrate their services—they need partners they can trust to help them address that,” Eimear Creaven, president of global partnerships at Mastercard, said in a statement. “Together with Intuit, we’re bringing to market a solution that combines Mastercard’s global acceptance, security, and World Elite Business benefits with Intuit’s deep understanding of small business finances. The Intuit Business Credit Card delivers on that promise, making it easier for businesses to spend with confidence, operate with less friction, and unlock greater value with every transaction.”
The card is issued by WebBank and operates on the Mastercard network. More information can be found here.
