Parsippany, NJ-based Smolin Lupin & Co., an INSIDE Public Accounting top 200 firm, has added Vitolo & Associates, a CPA firm based in Sea Girt, NJ.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Smolin says the addition of Vitolo & Associates enhances its ability to provide clients with expanded resources, advanced technology, and a broader suite of services.

Vitolo & Associates brings deep tax expertise and a well-established client accounting and advisory services practice to Smolin, with capabilities spanning accounting, bookkeeping, advisory, and controllership support.
