Somerset, NJ-based accounting, advisory, and consulting firm RRBB has joined forces with Offit & Roth, a Lutherville, MD-based accounting and consulting firm.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. RRBB is a member of Current, a national platform for independent accounting firms that was previously known as Crete Professionals Alliance.

RRBB says the addition of Offit & Roth expands its presence into Maryland and strengthens the firm’s tax, accounting, and business advisory capabilities.
“Expanding into Maryland is an important step in RRBB’s continued growth,” Amy Grant, chief operating officer at RRBB, said in a statement on June 27. “Offit & Roth brings a strong team, a respected client base, and a service approach that aligns well with our values. With roots dating back to 1971, Offit & Roth is led by CEO Alan Roth and President Michael Roth, with Michael overseeing day-to-day operations and client continuity. Both are now partners at RRBB.
Offit & Roth serves businesses, owners, families, and high-net-worth individuals. The firm provides tax preparation and planning, business consulting, strategic planning, estate and trust planning, business valuation support, and guidance for mergers, acquisitions, succession, and closely held businesses. Its clients span industries including construction, real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, automotive dealerships, veterinary, information technology, and law.
