June 30—Chester County, PA-based certified public accounting firm Fischer Cunnane & Associates Ltd. has acquired Kalos Hutchings & Co. LLC, an accounting, tax and advisory firm headquartered in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County, PA.
The addition of Kalos Hutchings is an important step in Fischer Cunnane’s strategic growth plan, according to Rick Stiebritz, president and managing shareholder of Fischer Cunnane.
“We are excited to welcome the Kalos Hutchings team to Fischer Cunnane,” Stiebritz said in a statement. “By establishing a stronger presence in Montgomery County and adding talented professionals with deep experience in real estate and closely held businesses we are enhancing our ability to serve clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.”
Fischer Cunnane was founded in the 1960s and has its headquarters in West Chester. The firm provides comprehensive accounting, tax, audit and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and businesses throughout the greater Philadelphia region, according to the release.
Kalos Hutchings has built a strong reputation for providing personalized tax, accounting and business advisory services to individuals, real estate investors, developers, property managers and privately held companies, according to the release.

Hutchings, CPA, member and one of the founders of Kalos Hutchings, said in a statement. “Joining Fischer Cunnane creates exciting opportunities for our clients and our team. As part of the acquisition, six Kalos Hutchings accounting professionals have joined the Fischer Cunnane team.
The transition has been completed, the firm said in an emailed response. Clients were notified last week via email and follow-ups, and the name has officially changed to Fischer Cunnane & Associates Ltd. In addition, the Kalos Hutchings & Company LLC office at 8460 Limekiln Pike in Cheltenham Township will remain open.
