Abbott, Stringham & Lynch, a full-service CPA firm in Silicon Valley, CA, has acquired San Jose, CA-based ArightCo, an integrated finance and accounting partner for midsized organizations.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Since 2008, ArightCo has provided expert finance, accounting, and strategic advisory solutions to businesses in the technology, SaaS, IT, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors.
The firm’s services span from day-to-day bookkeeping to CFO- and executive-level support. ArightCo responds to emails, coordinates with third parties, resolves issues, and manages all aspects of the accounting function.
The integrated services ArightCo provides will expand ASL’s offerings to both existing and future clients, officials say.

Founded in 1977, ASL works with both emerging and middle-market privately held businesses, as well as high-net-worth individuals—owners, founders, and executives.
The firm’s services cover corporate and individual tax planning and compliance, assurance and accounting, estate and gift tax planning, litigation support, succession planning, and valuation for clients in the real estate, construction, technology, international, manufacturing and distribution, nonprofit, and renewable energy sectors.
