GHJ Merges in Blueprint CFO

The Los Angeles-based top 100 accounting firm announced this week that it has joined forces with Blueprint CFO, a tenured fractional CFO services firm in Newport Beach, CA, effective Nov. 1, 2025.

Top 100 accounting firm GHJ announced this week that it has joined forces with Blueprint CFO, a tenured fractional CFO services firm in Newport Beach, CA, effective Nov. 1, 2025.

Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.

According to GHJ, the merger with Blueprint CFO strengthens the breadth of its services and expands its presence in key markets throughout Southern California and beyond.

The Los Angeles-based advisory, tax, and accounting firm said the partnership brings together Blueprint CFO’s highly personalized financial strategy services with GHJ’s deep bench of expertise across tax, audit and assurance, advisory, and search and staffing solutions.

GHJ stressed that it will “continue to deliver an integrated experience that empowers clients with strategic insights, flexible solutions, and proactive leadership—from foundational accounting to long-term growth strategy—with the support of Blueprint CFO’s deep expertise in fractional CFO services,” the firm said in a Feb. 2 media release.
