RSM US LLP Names New Executive Leaders as Firm Enters Fiscal Year 2026

RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – recently announced new members of its executive leadership team (ELT) as part of its succession planning and to bring forward new perspectives as the firm continues to build its compelling, digital and global future.

As chief operating officer, Mascareno will oversee enterprise operations and lead the execution of RSM’s strategic priorities across the U.S., Canada, India and El Salvador. A member of the firm’s executive team since 2017, he previously served as enterprise markets leader and West region leader where he drove significant growth and enhanced experiences for RSM’s clients and talent.

As enterprise assurance leader, Rucker will be responsible for the leadership and management of the assurance line of business, including strategy development and execution. He most recently served as assurance operations leader and chair of the RSM US LLP Board of Directors and has experience across local and enterprise-level assurance operations.

As enterprise industry and markets leader, Taub oversees the execution of the firm’s growth and culture objectives across all markets and the development of the firm’s overall industry strategy. Taub brings a unique blend of market and industry leadership, supporting integrated growth strategies and go-to-market execution. He has advised clients across many sectors and business structures. As first deputy general counsel, Foster is responsible for the operations of the general counsel’s office and helps lead a team of experienced attorneys advising on a broad range of firm-wide legal matters. Prior to joining RSM in 2012, Foster served as an attorney at several international law firms where she advised clients on significant litigation and employment law matters.

As enterprise sales leader, Reimann leads a team of business developers, account managers and strategic business relationship leaders that generate more than $1B in revenues annually for RSM. Passionate about innovation and technology, he is pioneering the use of artificial intelligence in RSM’s sales process. Reimann also takes an agile approach to developing other tools that allow go-to-market resources to become more efficient and effective as they engage current and prospective clients. (Bio)

Jamie Burgess Named Chair of RSM US LLP Board of Directors

RSM US LLP (“RSM”) – the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services for the middle market – recently announced that Jamie Burgess will serve as chair of the RSM US LLP Board of Directors effective May 1, 2025, through November 30, 2026. Burgess succeeds Brandon Rucker, who has been named the firm’s new enterprise assurance leader and member of the executive leadership team, also effective May 1.

Burgess was selected as the new board chair by a vote of the members of the board. She has served as a member of RSM US LLP’s Board of Directors since December 2022.

Burgess alsoserves as RSM’s risk consulting enterprise leader. In her role, she leads a team to help complex, global organizations manage risk and optimize value. She is a certified public accountant with more than 23 years of experience in the industry. Burgess received her Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance from Florida State University and her Master of Science in accounting and taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Faraaz Yousuf joins the Healthcare Consulting practice at Forvis Mazars


Forvis Mazars LLP, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, recently announced the addition of Faraaz Yousuf as a managing director with the firm’s Healthcare Consulting practice unit.

In his new role with Forvis Mazars, Yousuf will lead the practice’s clinically integrated network (CIN) services, supporting clients in their efforts to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and coordinated patient care. He will serve a critical function within Healthcare Consulting’s Strategy & Finance service line, helping to foster collaboration and synergies across services related to physician alignment, value-based care, Accountable Care Organizations, and overall network strategies.

Yousuf has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in system operations, quality, and strategic management with a focus on cultural development and performance improvement, collaboration with stakeholders, and positioning health systems for growth and institutional success.

Yousuf has a master’s degree in healthcare administration and bachelor of science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

Runway Growth Capital Promotes Avisha Khubani to Managing Director of Portfolio Analytics

Runway Growth Capital LLC (“Runway”), a leading provider of growth loans to venture and non-venture-backed companies, recently announced the promotion of Avisha Khubani to Managing Director of Portfolio Analytics. In her expanded role, Khubani will continue to oversee the performance of Runway’s portfolio companies while enhancing Runway’s risk assessment and monitoring frameworks to ensure sustainable growth for its investments.

Khubani, who joined Runway in 2018 as a Vice President, has played a key role in shaping the firm’s portfolio analytics function. Prior to joining Runway, Khubani was a Vice President in the Portfolio Valuation service line at Kroll Inc. (f/k/a Duff & Phelps), where she specialized in valuing complex portfolios of private loans and equity, including senior secured and subordinated debt, convertible preferred and common equity, and other structured financial instruments

Khubani holds an M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business and an undergraduate degree from Montclair State University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

CohnReznick Brings on Assurance Partner Nocco

CohnReznick recently announced that Paul Nocco, CPA, has joined the firm as an assurance partner who will focus on serving clients in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Based in Denver, Nocco brings more than 25 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, auditing, internal control policies and procedures, and strategic planning. He is also knowledgeable in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and SEC rules and regulations.

Nocco has served owners and operators across all facets of the real estate industry in areas that include real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate and alternative investment funds, data centers, industrial properties, self-storage properties, multi-family properties, real estate developers and converters, and contractors and sub-contract developers.

Nocco earned a Master of Accountancy from Stetson University and is a licensed CPA in Colorado and Florida. A member of the AICPA and CSCPA, Nocco also serves as treasurer and executive board member for Mentor Colorado.

Pramata Names Former Salesforce Director, Garrett Derman, as Vice President of Strategic Solutions & Alliances to Drive Innovation Across Partner Channels

BILL Expands Executive Leadership Team with Technology Industry Leader Mike Cieri as EVP, GM of Software Solutions

BILL (NYSE: BILL), a leading financial operations platform for small and midsize businesses (SMBs), recently announced Mike Cieri has joined as EVP, GM of Software Solutions. As a member of the executive leadership team, Cieri will lead and drive software strategy across the BILL platform, reporting directly to CEO and Founder, René Lacerte.

Mike has over 20 years of software strategy and product development experience as an engineer and customer-first product leader. He has led and scaled technology teams focused on solving SMB needs for high-growth and business impact. Previously at Gusto, he served as the company’s Chief Product Officer and was responsible for scaling Gusto’s product platform for payroll, benefits, HR, and more.

Mike was also the VP of Product Management at Opendoor, where his team developed products and resources to help people realize their dreams of home ownership. Before that, he held both General Manager and Head of Product roles at Square for over seven years, where he helped lead product development and expand Square from a single product to a multi-product ecosystem for SMBs to start, run, and grow their business.
