Top 75 accounting firm Mauldin & Jenkins is entering the Greenville, S.C. market by merging in CPA firm Bradshaw, Gordon & Clinkscales, effective June 1.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed. Atlanta-based Mauldin & Jenkins gains seven new partners and 42 professionals as a result of the merger. BGC’s Greenville office will operate under the Mauldin & Jenkins brand.

For more than four decades, BGC has provided audit, tax, and business advisory services to clients throughout Upstate South Carolina.
Once the merger is finalized, Mauldin & Jenkins said BGC’s clients will benefit from an expanded suite of services, additional industry expertise, and access to a broader network of professionals.

This is Mauldin & Jenkins first M&A deal since February 2024 when the firm merged in CFO Navigator, a specialized firm providing tailored financial guidance to growing businesses and nonprofit organizations in the metro-Atlanta area.
Founded in 1918, Mauldin & Jenkins serves clients in a range of industries, including agribusiness, government, banking, technology, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, not-for-profit, financial services, film and entertainment, private client services, and higher education.
