Recent Career Highlights:
Over the past year, I led the transformation of R2 Advisors PC by implementing a company-wide Integrated Thinking model, fostering decision-making that considers value creation, preservation, and erosion across short, medium, and long terms. This approach broke down silos, encouraged cross-functional collaboration, and drove innovative, holistic solutions. Our transformation also led to the establishment of R2 Catalyst Collective, an initiative focused on driving thought leadership and fostering innovation. This shift gave rise to our new tagline, “Integrated Approach, Dynamic Outcomes,” which embodies our commitment to delivering sustainable value. As a result, we achieved over 25% growth in the past year and a client retention rate nearing 90%. Our new approach has resonated deeply with clients, positioning R2 Advisors as a forward-thinking, value-driven firm committed to long-term success and industry leadership.
- What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
When establishing the vision and direction of R2 Advisors, the focus was always on the broader world, not just internal stakeholders. The CPA profession plays a vital role in market stability and creating better lives for everyone. Our strategic financial solutions prioritize the well-being of individuals, society, and the world. I advocate for the profession, believing trusted advisors are the gatekeepers of market trust and stability. Beyond my firm, I actively engage with young students, collaborate with industry peers, and joined the VSCPA Technology Advisory Committee to ensure our profession stays at the forefront of innovation and societal impact.
