- CPA resides in Buffalo, NY with a background in auditing, transaction advisory services, and leadership & professional development. Lexi has led several group sessions and provided individual coaching on leadership and professional development, with an emphasis on servant and inclusive leadership.Lexi currently oversees the AICPA Leadership Academy Program, We’re About Success Program, EDGE Leadership Track at Engage, the AICPA Emerging Leaders Award, and is the Liaison for the Emerging Professionals Initiatives Committee (EPIC) for the Association. Lexi recently launched the Emerging Professionals Network and hopes to continue to build a community for Emerging Professionals within the accounting profession.Recent Career Highlights:
- Buffalo Business First’s 30 Under 30 Honoree in 2025.
- Appointed to the SUNY University at Buffalo School of Management’s Accounting Advisory Council in 2024.

What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
A passionate advocate for professional development within the CPA community, Lexi is actively involved with the New York State Society of CPAs, serving on both the Education Committee and the Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession Program for the Buffalo Chapter. In 2024, she won the Visionaries of the Year Campaign for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Western New York, raising $113,866 to support the fight against blood cancer. Lexi also serves on the Leadership Committee for the Society’s Visionaries of the Year Campaign in 2025 and is a dedicated Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Western New York.
