Outreach Beyond the Firm:
I lead the charge on CPAcon, a conference reimagining how we recruit and retain talent in the accounting profession. It’s designed to tackle the talent pipeline challenge by making the field more engaging, inclusive, and future-focused. We infuse gamification, creativity, and fun into the experience — because retaining great people starts with making the profession more human and less rigid. Through community-building, mentorship, and fresh programming, CPAcon aims to inspire the next generation of CPAs while giving seasoned professionals a reason to feel excited again.
