Miami-based KSDT CPA is merging with Colbert & Boue, an accounting firm based in Coral Gables, FL, a move that strengthens the top 200 firm‘s presence in Miami-Dade County and marks the opening of its fourth South Florida office.
Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
KSDT CPA says the Coral Gables office will serve as a key hub for its continued growth, providing enhanced service offerings to entrepreneurs, real estate investors, multinational businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.

Founded in 1993, Colbert & Boue is a full-service CPA and advisory firm that provides comprehensive accounting solutions, including tax planning, assurance, business advisory, financial and estate planning, international tax, and litigation support services.

Founded in 1976, KSDT CPA (Kabat Schertzer De La Torre Taraboulos & Co.) provides professional services that include tax, audit, accounting, litigation, and wealth management, among others. The firm employs roughly 300 professionals. With this deal, KSDT CPA now has offices in Miami, Boca Raton, Weston, and Coral Gables in Florida.
