Stacy Dreher is AAM’s 2024 Marketer of the Year

Dreher, director of practice growth at James Moore & Co., received the award from the Association for Accounting Marketing on May 13.

Stacy Dreher, director of practice growth at top 200 CPA firm James Moore & Co., won the Association for Accounting Marketing’s (AAM) 2024 Marketer of the Year Award, which recognizes a marketing professional who has shown outstanding performance in the field of accounting marketing.

“I’m thrilled to receive this recognition, which reflects the success of our firm’s focused growth strategies,” said Dreher, who received the award during AAM’s annual Summit event on May 13. “By refining our niche strategies, enhancing our digital marketing efforts, and providing extensive business development training and support, we’ve seen significant increases in pipeline value and average deal size. These achievements demonstrate our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients and driving sustainable growth.”

In her role at Gainesville, FL-based James Moore & Co., Dreher leads the firm’s strategic marketing and business development initiatives. She is responsible for developing and executing all marketing and business development-related initiatives, including digital marketing, product management, market research, marketing training, and maintaining brand consistency.

Since joining James Moore in 2014, after having previously worked in sales and marketing for eminent domain law firm Biersdorf & Associates, Dreher has used her extensive background in both the legal and accounting sectors to enhance the firm’s market presence and client engagement significantly.

“Her innovative approach to marketing has been pivotal in reshaping the firm’s marketing and sales strategies to align with their strategic growth initiatives, revamping their marketing technology stack, and boosting sales and digital marketing strategies to attract high-value clients,” the AAM said.

In selecting Dreher for this honor, AAM cited the impact her work has made on James Moore’s growth, including 14.87% revenue growth in 2023 and significant increases in pipeline value and average deal size. The AAM also considered her efforts in spearheading the selection and implementation of sales training and advanced digital marketing technologies to help improve client communication and engagement.
