Founder & CEO

Career Highlights
Last year, I continued to build 10kCreators.com, a social enterprise whose mission is to improve financial wellness in the Arts. I increased the number of clients served, expanded our offerings to support both individual artists and arts nonprofits, and partnered with arts leaders to create financial literacy programs. As a “numbers savvy” strategist and business advisor with a professional arts background, I help my clients improve how they make & manage money through accessible coaching, consulting, education, and administrative support. I’ve also continued my volunteer service as a Board member for a dance organization called Pentacle, and as an advocate for arts education through ArtsED Washington. I am committed to having a positive impact in the lives of my clients, our communities, and for future generations. As a firm believer of “practice what you preach,” I’ve continued my work as a dance artist and am currently producing a dance film.

What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
One of the contributions I’m most proud of in the accounting profession is the co-founding of the Accounting Alchemy Network, alongside Ingrid Edstrom and Alina Nikishina. Together, we formed this grass-roots movement empowering accountants to be a force for positive change in the world. This has included the opportunity to facilitate conversations with industry leaders, innovators, experts across multiple fields, and practitioners on how accountants can help businesses to prioritize people & planet over profit. Forming the AAN has not only been an opportunity to support others, but has also served as my “North Star” in cultivating regenerative business practices.
