Armanino Picks Up Los Angeles CPA Firm Bemel, Ross & Avedon
BRA provides business management services to a bevy of entertainers and executives in the film and music industry.

Top 20 accounting firm Armanino has acquired Los-Angeles-based business management CPA firm Bemel, Ross & Avedon, which provides services to some of the country’s leading entertainers and executives in the film and music industry.
Terms of the deal, which closed on June 1, were not disclosed.
The BRA team, led by partners Brad Ross and Dean Avedon, joins Armanino’s business management division, which will now include more than 160 professionals located in key entertainment hubs such as New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville.

Dean Avedon said while he and Ross reviewed potential accounting firms to make a deal with, it was important to them to find one that shares BRA’s values, instills an entrepreneurial approach in their work, and can go above and beyond for BRA’s clients. He said Armanino was that firm.
