Accounting Top 100 Social Media Leaderboard

The Accounting Top 100 social media leaderboard scores and ranks users based on five separate metrics, each of which is weighted according to its perceived value.

We can’t believe it is already October! As 2022 appears to be flying by, this week we asked our leaderboard participants how their month was going so far. We understand that for many in the accounting profession, October brings its own challenges that were validated from their responses.

Here are some highlights from the latest Top 100…

Look out for Randy Crews, CPA, @mcallencpa on Twitter. This week, Randy took the largest leap of all Leaderboard participants from #276 to land at #86. Do that math, y’all!

Originally from Abilene Texas, Randy served in the United States Marine Corps for several years as a helicopter mechanic. Now, as a civilian, he serves his community as a certified public accountant specializing in advisory, compliance, litigation support & forensic accounting, and management services for businesses of all sizes.  With an office still serving McAllen, Randy currently runs his business from Abilene, Texas where Randy L Crews CPA PLLC is considered one of the leading accounting firms throughout the Abilene and McAllen areas of Texas.

Keep up the momentum, Randy! We’re honored to have your continued participation in the Top 100 Leaderboard!

Moving on up: Tamera Loerzel, a partner of Convergence Coaching, LLC. Tamera is close on Randy’s heels landing at #99 after advancing 109 spots from #208. Way to go, Tamera!

New to the Leaderboard: Dr. Amanda White, aka Amanda Loves to Audit, out of Sydney, Australia. Welcome, Amanda!

How the leaderboard works: The Accounting Top 100 social media leaderboard uses an algorithm that scores and ranks users based on five separate metrics, each of which is weighted according to its perceived value. These five metrics are calculated every two weeks and combined to form a Power Score: a 1-100 value based on Rise.Global’s Relative Scoring Method. This Power Score determines a user’s rank on each new leaderboard release.
