Marcum Adds 37 New Partners

This year’s class includes 24 men and 13 women, some of whom came to Marcum from Friedman after recent merger.

Top 20 firm Marcum announced its new class of partners on Sept. 6. The 37 individuals promoted to partner include professionals from Friedman who joined Marcum as part of a merger that was completed on Sept. 1.

“These new Marcum partners have extraordinary talent, technical proficiency, and enthusiasm for the future of our firm and our industry,” Marcum Chairman and CEO Jeffrey M. Weiner said in a press release. “They have a big job ahead of them in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, as the needs of our clients and the imperative to innovate continue to accelerate. We have every confidence in this new group of leaders and wish them all great success in their new roles.”

The 24 men and 13 women who were admitted into the partnership include:

Marcum now has approximately 525 partners. The firm is the 16th largest in the U.S. in terms of revenue, according to INSIDE Public Accounting, pulling in $799 million during its most recent fiscal year.
