How well did your firm’s technology support team members during the COVID-19 pandemic? For many accounting firms, their technology plan quickly shifted to what could be best described as “snatch and grab” in March of 2020. Still, doing the best you can amid a worldwide pandemic isn’t a long-term strategy and going back to 2019’s technology plan isn’t an option.
