CPAmerica, Inc. has announced that Transition Advisors, LLC is a new preferred consultant for the association. Transition Advisors specializes in advising managing partners who are actively pursuing growth and succession strategies, including expert advice on mergers and acquisitions.

This new relationship will provide CPAmerica members exclusive arrangements, like consultation on planning for growth through mergers and acquisitions, tailored services to meet unique needs, and facilitated virtual roundtables and CPE webinars on topics like assessment and/or restructure of an owner agreement, tactics for buyout of retiring partners and admitting new partners.
