Accounting Firms BeachFleischman and Cervantes CPA Merge in Phoenix

BeachFleischman PC, one of Arizona’s largest locally-owned CPA firms, merged with Scottsdale, Arizona-based Cervantes CPA Firm, P.C., effective January 1, 2016. The combined firms are practicing as BeachFleischman PC, and Cervantes CPA Firm’s employees, including 1 shareholder and 4 staff, have relocated to BeachFleischman’s office in Phoenix.

The merger increases BeachFleischman’s Phoenix employee count to 29 and its firm-wide employee count to 148 client service and administrative professionals, including 22 shareholders and 70 CPAs.

The merger enhances BeachFleischman’s ability to provide high-value, professional accounting and consulting services delivered through the firm’s Strategic Operations & Advisory Resources (SOAR) practice, which was launched in 2015. SOAR offers full-service 360-degree operations consulting and outsourcing options for business owners who need assistance with internal accounting, CFO, human resources, strategic & succession planning and other management consulting services.
