Jairam Padmanabhan is the Vice President and General Manager of Firm Management for CCH Small Firm Services (SFS). Previously, Jairam was at Intuit Financial Services as Director of Strategic Analysis, where he led the group that provided strategic recommendations and insights to the executive leadership team. Prior to that, he was at Fiserv where he was responsible for product strategy and competitive intelligence for the Biller Solutions Group. Jairam has over 25 years of experience in the technology field and has written multiple white papers, presented at industry conferences and launched many innovative products. He is an Accredited ACH Professional, has an MBA in Strategy and Marketing, and an undergraduate degree in Physics.
